The IvyBed warranty is something we are very proud of. We never look for reasons not to honor our warranty. We look for ways to make happy customers for life! All warranty claim decisions are made by the manager of your local store not some distant 800 number call center.
Our warranty's are all FULL warranty's. No pro-rated warranty at Ivy Johnson. Our warranty periods on most beds are 10 years. Premium memory foam and latex beds are 20 years. Youth and guest beds are 1-5 years.
And, if there is ever a close call on a warranty claim...we will always side with our valued customer. |

Individually pocketed coil sleep systems provide much more comfort and durability than a regular modular coil system. Pocketed coils provide for less transfer of motion and more conformity to the contours of your body thus helping to remove pressure points.

There are only 8 Beds at the IvyBed Mattress Shop...Really. It amazes me that the mattress manufacturers have hundreds of beds in their lineup. This is mostly so they can sell beds to 3 or 4 retailers in the same town and confuse the customer by changing the names and fabrics. How in the world do customers ever compare beds?
Who are they kidding? I'll let you in on a little secret....there are NOT hundreds of SKU's.
